How long is your delivery time?
Orders received by 14:00 are usually delivered the next day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered within two days.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is approx. 100 CHF. If this amount is not reached, we will consult with our customers, as additional postage costs may be incurred.
How can I pay with you?
Our deliveries are always made against invoice. On request, we also offer payment by direct debit (LSV).
How should I react in the event of a return?
We have a complaint period of 2 days. Within this period, you can contact us by telephone or e-mail and discuss your concerns with us. We will then offer you solutions that suit everyone involved.
How does your traffic light system work in the B2B store?
Our traffic light system works as follows: Red means that the item is no longer in stock and will not be reordered. Orange indicates that the item is currently out of stock but has already been reordered and will soon be available again. Green indicates that the item is still in stock.
