Er sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Zigarren bei einer Optimalen Luftfeuchtigkeit gelagert werden und \u00fcber lange Zeit ihr volles Aroma behalten. Doch damit er seine Aufgaben zuverl\u00e4ssig erf\u00fcllt, braucht der Humidor selbst regelm\u00e4ssige Pflege. Nur so bleibt das Klima im Inneren stabil und die Zigarren perfekt geniessbar.<\/p><p><strong>Der Humidor muss vor der ersten Nutzung vorbereitet werden:<\/strong><\/p><p>Ein neuer Humidor ist innen mit spanischem Zedernholz ausgekleidet, das erst einmal Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen muss. Bevor Zigarren hineingelegt werden, sollte der Humidor mit destilliertem Wasser oder in einer speziellen Befeuchtungsl\u00f6sung befeuchtet werden. Daf\u00fcr nimmt man ein weiches Tuch oder einen Schwamm und reibt das Holz sanft ein. Danach wird der Humidor mit einem Befeuchteten Schwamm und einem geschlossenen Deckel f\u00fcr 24 Stunden stehen gelassen. Erst wenn die Luftfeuchtigkeit auf einem stabilen Niveau ist (ca. 65-72%), sollten Zigarren eingelegt werden.<\/p><p><strong>Das Befeuchtungssystem regelm\u00e4ssig kontrollieren:<\/strong><\/p><p>Jeder Humidor ben\u00f6tigt ein Befeuchtungssystem, sei es ein Schwamm, ein Polymerbefeuchter oder ein modernes elektronisches System. Diese Systeme m\u00fcssen regelm\u00e4ssig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und mit destilliertem Wasser nachgef\u00fcllt werden. Leitungswasser sollte vermieden werden, da es Kalk und Verunreinigungen enth\u00e4lt, die das Befeuchtungssystem besch\u00e4digen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p><strong>Die Luftfeuchtigkeit konstant halten:<\/strong><\/p><p>Ein gutes Hygrometer ist essenziell, um die Werte im Blick zu behalten. Analoge Hygrometer m\u00fcssen gelegentlich kalibriert werden, digitale sind etwas zuverl\u00e4ssiger. Falls die Luftfeuchtigkeit zu niedrig ist, sollte der Befeuchter nachgef\u00fcllt werden. Ist sie zu hoch, kann eine kurzzeitige Bel\u00fcftung des Humidors helfen.<\/p><p><strong>Den Humidor sauber halten:<\/strong><\/p><p>Von Zeit zu Zeit sollte der Humidor mit einem trockenen, weichen Tuch ausgewischt werden. Falls sich Tabakkr\u00fcmel oder Staub ansammeln, k\u00f6nnen sie mit einem Pinsel entfernt werden. Chemische Reinigungsmittel sollten nicht verwendet werden, da sie das Aroma der Zigarren beeinflussen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p><p><strong>Zigarren richtig einlegen und sortieren:<\/strong><\/p><p>Zigarren sollten nicht zu eng eingelagert werden, damit die Luft im Humidor gut zirkulieren kann. Zudem ist es ratsam, verschiedene Zigarrensorten nicht direkt nebeneinander zu lagern, da sie sonst Aromen voneinander aufnehmen k\u00f6nnen.
